Please do not email us screenshots of your bank statements or account numbers. We never need them. Budget Blueprint keeps your financial data on your own device, and we do not want a copy of it.
Budget Blueprint is downloadable software — there is nothing physical to ship. When you buy from our website, our payment provider takes the payment and delivery happens straight away by email: a download link for the Windows installer, and the licence key that unlocks it. You enter that key once in the app and it is unlocked. Delivery is immediate. There is no waiting period and no account to create.
Copies bought through the Microsoft Store are delivered and installed by the Store, and unlock automatically through your Microsoft account — no key is involved.
If a purchase email does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then write to us and we will re-send it.
